- Postage & Packaging
- We offer free UK delivery on all orders, no minimum spend! The free P&P will be applied automatically at the checkout. We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days, but if you haven't received your order, please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive.
- International Orders
- If you are an overseas customer, please contact us for a P&P quote. Let us know what you'd like to order and where you live (including postal or zip code if available) and we'll find the best price for you!
- Placing Your Order
- We hope that you will find making your purchase a straightforward and enjoyable process. Simply browse our site, and select any items that you wish to buy using the "add to cart" link. Choose your size and the quantity you require. After you have finished your selection, click on the "checkout" link and the site will direct you to our Paypal UK secure payment gateway. You can replace or remove the contents of your shopping cart at any time. Please note that your order is not complete until all necessary payment details are accepted during checkout.
- Payment
- We accept debit and credit card payments made by Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express. All prices in our store are in £ Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- Returns
- We are confident that you will enjoy and be satisfied with your purchase from us. Nonetheless, if you are unsatisfied or would prefer a size exchange, please contact us within 10 working days from the date of purchase and we will initiate a returns authorisation. Items returned must be unused and unworn. Simply re-pack your items in their original packaging and return them to the address provided. Please include the packing slip and send via a recorded and insured shipping method. When received, your return will be promptly processed. A shipping and handling fee of £3.00 will be deducted from refund amounts. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
